Make the electrical conversion work as one vehicle.

The assignment spans low-voltage distribution, controls, instrumentation, high-voltage energy storage, and commissioning. The work begins with component selection and ends with a tested, integrated system.

Hands-on across the stack.

• Designed and built a custom low-voltage wiring harness for full-vehicle integration.
• Programmed and calibrated the motor control unit and digital dash for real-time telemetry.
• Built and tested high-voltage battery packs, including cell validation and BMS configuration.
• Owned the electrical conversion end to end through final commissioning.
